News Bulletin: At this year's annual Alumni Senate gathering, the The Notre Dame Alumni Association presented the Notre Dame Cub of Los Angeles with The Club, Class, and Group Web site Award for 2008. The Club was lauded for developing an outstanding Web site that incorporates content richness, creativity and innovation, visual appeal and design, and overall site effectiveness. Notre Dame/USC Weekend October 14 - 18, 2009 A limited number of tickets are available for the Saturday, October 17 USC at Notre Dame game this coming season. Download Order Form Here Notre Dame Club of Los Angeles Wins AA Club of the Year During Alumni Senate which was held in May on campus, the Alumni Association awarded the LA Club with its "Club of the Year Award" for AA-sized clubs. Chuck Lennon, President of the Alumni Association, presented the award to Club President, Kevin G. McBride, during the award's dinner. In accepting the award, President McBride stated that "the award represents the significant effort undertaken by the Board of Directors to improve the Club over the last several years. We have made efforts in community service, spirituality, scholarship funds and professional networking, to name a few. The Club is now larger and more diverse than ever in its activities, and we are very proud that the Alumni Association has recognized the Club in this regard."
